| Warranty details for Mail Order
systems. |
- All new systems sold by Mail
Order come with a 12-month Return-to-Base warranty from the date
of delivery. This is in addition to your Statutory Rights under
the Sale of Goods act, and any extended Manfacturers warranty
which might apply to individual components.
- Returning goods under the
provisions of this Warranty are subject to
- the following terms and conditions:
- 1. No charge will be made
for parts or labour required to rectify hardware faults
- 2. Faulty parts will be replaced
with parts of equal or better specification
- 3. Telephone support on 0870
4422555 (national rate number) is available to assist with software
problems, however:
- 4. The warranty only applies
to hardware faults.
- 5. The customer is required
to return and collect (or arrange collection) of the goods to
and from Computer Hypermarket at their own expense (unless specifically
stated otherwise by us at the time of purchase). We might at our
discretion waive either or both of these charges.
- 6. If the goods prove not
to be faulty on return to us we reserve the right to make a reasonable
charge for labour costs.
- 7. Nothing in these provisions
will diminish the customers' Statutory rights under the Sale of
Goods Act.
